Sheesh.. I just figured it out Jabber.. was ingame and the light bulb went off.
Well, I must say they are different. They don't seem that organized but have lots of info. I am just going to build Res and Defensive/Offensive cities for now and put in a castle in an offensive one when I feel comfortable about doing so.
Also, if you guys get attacked please send me mail ingame saying if you want support or not?
Ferrene, haven't seen you in a few days but that may be because your castled city got plundered. Like I mailed you ingame, I'd not try to build in that castled one (built too early without adeguate defenses) and would concentrate on the other one to build up and then make more Baron(s) to get city count at least up to 5.
Then go back to work on that castled one of yours if they haven't taken it over.
Overall, they seem to support each other.. most of the fights have been somewhere in North and Northeast so haven't sent support up there. Us guys seem to be more in the South/Southwest - and a few of them also. Attacks here don't seem so common but I can reach you and Jabber with support troops within an hour or so.
Ferrene, takes me almost 9 hours to get support troops down there on the tip. :-(
.................
Think this should be interesting.. I am having fun just screwing around making stuff. I have now made a central distribution city and am starting to route all resources to it as cities build up. Also have one potential city to castle but putting it off for now.. want more defenses in place.
I also just took over a Lawless city on the river to the NW of me - called Longview now and it's gonna be a trading hub for water travel.
Lots to do in that game...
Oh, Ferrene.. you want to spend a couple bucks you might want to get one of those peace orbs that last for a month. That would give you time to build up cities, etc. Only problem with them is that you can't Raid monsters or dungeions while that is going. Also, for the one month one, the lead time from activation to it starting is 4 days, so you're still open to attacks during that time. The Peace Orb applies to all your cities and not just the one you are in when/if you activate it.
Dang, I talk a lot. lol
